Come and spend some well deserved you time flowing through gentle yoga sequences in a class specially designed for pregnancy.  It combines yoga asanas and breathwork aimed at preparing both body and mind for birth, as well as some deep relaxation to finish. No previous yoga experience is required.

Mummy & Baby Yoga

Suitable from 6-10 weeks postpartum

For both you and your little Yogini. Enjoy some lovely bonding time with your new arrival whilst restoring balance and promoting healing through guided yoga sequences. A gentle yoga flow designed to rebuild strength and stamina. Suitable from 6-10 weeks post partum up until baby is crawling.

Private 1:1 Sessions

Prenatal / Postnatal / with Baby

Bringing yoga directly to your home, private sessions offer a completely tailored yoga experience. Combining breathwork, asanas and relaxation to create a unique recipe for your mind and body's needs.

Private group sessions up to 3 people max can also be organised by prior arrangement.
