~ Prenatal Yoga ~
Suitable from 12 weeks+
Come and join my Pregnancy yoga class, suitable for ladies after they have had their first scan (approx 12+ weeks) right through to the birth of their little one(s).
Starting with some grounding and pranayama (breathwork) exercises, we gradually move through flows with a focus on creating space in our pelvis, relieving tension in the neck and shoulders, building strength in our legs and encouraging baby to snuggle into position ready for birth, finishing with everyone's favourite part, Savasana, also known as the deep relaxation at the end of the class where we let go of any thoughts that might be weighing us down (and quite often nod off)

No previous yoga experience is required. I am able to tailor classes to the abilities of the ladies in the group, and provide alternative flows for common pregnancy related ailments such as Pelvic Girdle Pain and heartburn.

If you own your own yoga mat it is always helpful to bring it with you, however I can provide one by prior arrangement, just let me know!
Water, a small towel or blanket and something warm to wear during Savasana are also handy to have.
